Orders placed after 2:30pm (PST) will not be shipped until the next business day.
There is an additional charge to have your order delivered on a Saturday.
PO Boxes are now accepted for US mail order. PO Boxes are not accepted for FedEx orders. These prices apply to all 49 contiguous states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders must ship via the FedEx method.

FedEx prices are based on packages weighing 1lb. The Standard US Mail shipping option is available for replacement / wearable parts only (Earmolds, Torpedo Earbuds, Comply™ Foam Tips, clear tubes, elbows, etc.)

The Ear Phone Connection is not liable for items lost if you opt for the USPS shipping method and USPS shipped items do not include delivery confirmation.

Most items (excluding wearable parts) can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Item must be new, in original packaging and will be subject to evaluation. Shipping and handling charges are not applicable to refund.
